Description

The doll stands 22" tall. Her head is incised "DEPOSE SFBJ 9".The heavy bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration.
She has an open mouth with porcelain teeth, beautiful French blue glass flirty eyes  with original upper eyelashes and painted lower ones and pierced ears.
The doll has a loud functioning voice box in her torso, straight legs and a walking body.  Her body is beautiful
original finish.  While moving her feet the doll turns her head from side to side.  She does not like to turn
to the left but will with coxing.  She makes loud sounds and puts her hands side ways to her face.  Her strings are working but have stretched with age. Her Jumeau wood and composition body is in
excellent condition for her age.
She wears her original faded roses roller print dress that is faded and has smocking on the bodice and skirt.  She has cotton underclothes, silk stockings  and white leather button up boots with blue buttons.
At some point and time, her kissing strings must have been replaced because the nut and bolt on one arm is reversed on
one side.   I am not touching that.  That is how she came to me.
