Shipping
We will ship anywhere in the world. As with domestic sales, international shipping costs require prepayment.
All shipping cost quotes are an estimate and could change based on actual weight and if a lift gate or a forklift is needed for unloading, or if it’s being delivered to a residential address... please add 5 to the shipping quote. You can avoid this charge by picking the item up at the CLOSEST TERMINAL.
If the item needs to be crated, the buyer will incur an addtional fee of 0.
All shipping costs will be prepaid. DO NOT pay the shipper unless alternate arrangements are made.
The freight - trucking company may call you prior to delivery to schedule a delivery time.
Delivery
Delivery time is based on receipt of payment, clearing of funds, your shipping location, and our schedule. If you need the item ASAP, please call Brad prior to purchase and discuss how we can accomodate.
Items may be picked up during our regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, EST. We have a forklift and 2 loading docks. There is no additional charge to load items.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns. All items are sold AS IS with no warranty. You are more than welcome to come and inspect or pay a 3rd party to inspect the item(s) you wish to purchase. You must contact us within 2 days of receipt of delivery if there is a problem with your purchase. Although items are sold AS IS, if there is a major issue, we pride ourselves in doing what we can to make it right. The equipment we sell is used and the paint may be faded; there may be spots of rust. Some minor adjustments may be needed. The safety switches may have been disconnected. Batteries may have been disconnected and fuel level may have been drained. We strive to accurately describe our equipment, and appreciate you understanding that preowned equipment has no guarantees.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal transactions, business checks, personal checks, certified bank checks, wire transfers, and cash.
Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
Fees
Sales tax will be charged on any items purchased and shipped within the state of New Jersey. NOTE: Ebay may collect sales tax for your designated state. Buyer is responsible for all import fees on international sales.
No Sales Tax is charged on items shipped out of state of New Jersey.
New Jersey state sales tax is 6.65%
