    I give the best possible description for my items and my photos are part of my description. I spend the time to take and post several photos, for my shoppers to have a better idea of what they are about to obtain. An image or a photo, is worth a thousand words. I do not advertise or sell after market products. Some handbooks cover the model and not the production year.
    Shipping and Receiving
    All items are shipped the same, or next business day. Items purchased on Fridays, will be shipped on the following Monday. USPS priority service is used to ship your purchase.
    Receiving your purchase is always exciting, but there are times when for some reason you are disappointed about the purchase you made, due to an unexpected event, or simply because it is not the item you had in mind.  For that reason, I offer a 14 day return or exchange policy. Returns will only be accepted, if the item you receive does not match the listings description. All listing photos are the actual photos of the item and you will receive the item exactly as you see in the photo. A 20% restocking fee will apply, if you would like to return the item simply, because you do not want the item or changed your mind. I ask you to please contact me to discuss the return, prior doing so. Buyers shall cover all return shipping costs.

    We offer a 30 day return policy. All items must be returned in their original condition and original factory packaging if it came with one. If the item you purchased is brand new and you decide to return after it was opened, or the seal was removed, we will charge a restocking fee of minimum 15% and in some cases at up to 25%.
    If the item you purchase is brand new, but you return it as used, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 50%. There will not be any exceptions. There is a very large difference between the price of brand new and pre-owned items. We will not be willing to take a loss on items that are being returned used. We will deduct the loss from the buyers payment and the percentage of the loss will be the difference between the items market value when new and pre-owned.
